These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and FilipBuilds ("we," "us," "our"). They govern your access to and use of filipbuilds.com and all tools, dashboards, content, and products offered through it (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance
Using the Services means you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You must not be barred from receiving services under applicable jurisdictions. You agree not to use the Services to scrape, copy, or resell any part of the website or tools.
3. Accounts and Security
Certain tools and dashboards require an active user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Description of the Services
FilipBuilds hosts custom developer dashboards, analytics charts, and digital photo galleries. Current active tools include:
- AnalytiX Dashboard: Custom developer analytics console displaying historical event visualizations.
- Candlestick Explorer: Advanced chart visualizer rendering price action indicators.
- Photo Album: A public digital photo gallery showcasing generative AI artwork.
- Personal Projects: A private sandbox environment hosting custom developer experiments, experimental codebases, and password-gated digital archives.
Each tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We may add, change, or discontinue tools or features at any time.
5. Account Access and Permissions
Access to specific tool dashboards is invitation-only. The system administrator provisions project viewing permissions. Creating a basic registration does not automatically grant authorization to view gated dashboards. If a user seeks dashboard authorization, they must request permission directly from the administrator.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to bypass authentication barriers, probe the platform for vulnerabilities without permission, attempt to access databases, run denial-of-service queries, or engage in malicious scraping of data.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilipBuilds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Services.
